Who This Service Is For
Parents who have received a DLA decision they disagree with and want help challenging it—either through a mandatory reconsideration or appeal to the tribunal.
This service is suitable whether you’ve already drafted a letter or are starting from scratch.
How It Works
After booking, we’ll contact you within 24 hours to explain how to securely send your draft (if you have one) and any supporting information.
We’ll then provide written feedback and suggestions to strengthen your letter, usually within 3–5 working days.
If you're starting from a blank page, we’ll guide you through what to include, how to phrase it, and how to frame your child’s needs in the strongest way possible.
